Renting an allotment is a way of gaining ground to grow your own fruit, flowers and vegetables.

There is a one-off £25 administration fee to process new allotment tenancies. Allotment rental is paid annually and is currently £17 for a half plot and £34 for a full plot.
Plot taken on between 1 October and 31 March – a full year’s rental is due
Plot taken on between 1 April and 30 June – half a year’s rental is due
Plot taken on between 1 July and 30 September – no rental due
