We are looking for residents to volunteer as FixMyStreet Super Users.
All residents are encouraged to report road or street problems on Fix My Street. Where defects meet the scheme’s criteria Super Users can also raise work orders, direct to the contractor, for potholes, damaged kerbs and blocked drains.
County council highways officers inspect their areas regularly but with additional help from local people we can fast track defects for repair. Working on unclassified roads up to 30mph (and some B roads up to 30mph where there is a pavement) Super Users help process repairs more efficiently.
Equipment and training are provided. You do not need to be a tech whizz but you will need to be able to take and upload digital photographs, complete an online form and use copy and paste.
